For many of us, we were not prepared for what’s been going on in the last five years or even longer.

First Covid hit. Then the presidential insanity that’s been going on for a number of years. Inflation comes upon us from out of the blue.

1. We might even be grieving the loss of a loved one, a pet, a job, even a house or income.
2. Maybe we’ve completely lost faith, and we’re not sure what we’re doing here or what our purpose on earth is.
3. Or it could be a relationship that’s just dragging us down and we know there’s a spiritual solution, but we can’t figure it out.
4. Or a health issue that we don’t want to deal with, in our spiritual work, we’ll deal with things like fear and uncertainty, procrastination, and more.
5. It could even be an addiction, we know that a deep spiritual path can help anyone heal from any addiction once they begin the work. Alcohol, porn, workaholism, procrastination, social media or television addiction… The list goes on and on.
6. Or maybe we’re struggling with mental health challenges, like depression or anxiety or PTSD and want to find a way to move through these challenges with a deep grounded, spiritual perspective.
7. Irritability.......Impatience with loved ones, ourselves, or even in traffic.......Arguing on social media.....

As an All Faith Minister, David has given sermons at churches all over the USA from Unity Church to the Center for Spiritual Healng , even the Roman Catholic Church invited David to do a sermon at one of their masses.

In the world of Buddhism and Hinduism, Since 1986, David has been trained by some of the most incredible teachers the world has ever seen. 

He went through the Transcendental Meditation Training in 1987, completed over a year of course work and mentorship in Zen Buddhism, and has completed over two years of study with Self Realization Fellowship, One of the strongest spiritual organizations based in California.

After a stay at a monastery in 2000, he knew living there full time was not the path for him, but serving the world from a spiritual perspective would be the soution.

He has been referred to by many of his contemporaries as a "Secular Monk", a person living in the secular world, with a powerful purpose of helpng people find the right spiritual tools in order to minimize stress, and allow them to grow deeper in their human consciousness. 

David has studied the art of meditation, breath, work, and some of the most powerful spiritual tools available for the past 45 years, and looks forward to helping you become more grounded, maybe even more compassionate towards yourself and others during these extremely challenging times.
