September is an incredibly important month, not just because it’s my birthday, LOL, but because it signifies the departure from one type of lifestyle to a brand new type of lifestyle… This month is a month of empowerment!
Over the past 42 years, as I am continuing to go deeper into my work in the world of personal growth, I still have a lot to learn, but I also have a lot to celebrate especially during the month of September.
You see September has been signified as a month of change, a month of renewal, a month of rebirth.
Are you on board with me?
Would you like to see a deeper renewal, a brighter new birth?
All of us could benefit by changing during the month of September. All of us could benefit from letting go of habits, beliefs, and thoughts that keep us in the dark… To keep us from experiencing our full potential.
Are you curious yet, what this whole month of September is all about?
So let me fill you in:
“September is the month of recovery”, from all addictions related to our thoughts, behaviors, and actions!
This means, simply put, that we can all benefit by putting our attention right now into the habits, thoughts, and beliefs that could be holding us back in life.
Everyone is affected by the concept of recovery. Our veterans and their families, highly affected by the struggle with recovery.
Our current military personnel, several of who I work with today, struggling with recovery as well.
You and I, and all other Americans… Because of what we went through with the pandemic, and what we’re still going through, affects us in ways that we may not even be aware of until we read an article like this.
Number One. Do you struggle with codependency? That is a huge addiction in this world today. Are you afraid to rock the boat? Are you afraid to state your honest opinions because you might get push back regarding politics, the vaccine, the pandemic, weight loss, or any other topic that your ideas may be different than the general population?
It’s time to recover from codependency.
Number Two. Substances? Alcohol, pot, food, nicotine… Do you find yourself leaning more heavily on any of these substances, or any other substances not mentioned?
Then it’s time for renewal, it’s time for recovery from substances that we might be used to numb ourselves from what we’re really feeling inside.
Number Three. Behaviors? Gambling… Sex… Righteousness, where you have to win every discussion. Addiction to social media? Addiction to television? Addiction to video games?
Do you find yourself with behaviors, that you need to put into recovery so that you can become the full person you’re destined to be?
Number Four. Thoughts? Do you have thoughts on a daily basis that limit your potential in life? Do you allow your insecurity, or insecurities, to get in the way of going after your goals?
Or do you judge yourself harshly, and put yourself down regularly? Or do you judge others harshly, in comparison to yourself?
The month of September is the month of renewal! September is the month of recovery!
September is the month of creating the life you’ve always desired!
I am so excited about the month of September because we can help so many people change their paths in life, to create the existence they’ve always wanted.
September is the month of you! Let’s go for it.“
